The implementation process involves extensive training sessions with a Franklyn Covey certified trainer. The programme is a paradigm changer and enables students to make better life choices and to be prepared for a job market that is continuously evolving and changing. Seeing that the benefits are easily translated to the field of education, for children of all ages, from kindergarten to teenagers, the programme has been beautifully developed into a process that leads each individual on the path of mastering personal leadership. The “Leader in Me” process is based on “Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, initially created for professionals. It’s going to be a 3-year process, and we are thrilled to see that the parents, teachers and students already appreciate the benefits of implementing the programme, one year after its launch.
